‎ليه تشتري الشيبس لما ممكن تعمله في البيت أحلى وألذ؟ 😍 جربت وصفة سهلة وعملتها على طريقتي الخاصة مع لمسة Tajin اللي بيدي طعم خرافي! 🤤

‎💡 طريقة سهلة لأي حد:
‎🥔 قطّع البطاطس رفايع بالمندولين أو سكينة حادة، وحطها في مية.
‎🔥 اسلقها سريعًا في مية مغلية مع شوية خل لمدة 3 دقايق، وصفيها.
‎🧻 جففها كويس بفوطة ورقية وسيبها تنشف 20 دقيقة.
‎🛢 ضيف عليها زيت وملح وقلّبهم كويس.
‎🍟 إلى القلاية الهوائية على 160°C لمدة 15-25 دقيقة لحد ما تبقى دهبية ومقرمشة.
‎🌶 رشّ عليها Tajin واستمتع بألذ طعم!

‎ليه تشتري الشيبس لما ممكن تعمله في البيت أحلى وألذ؟ 😍 I made my own fresh and crispy potato chips at home, and trust me, they are next-level delicious! 🤤 Added a touch of Tajin for that extra kick! 🌶

💡 Super easy steps:
🥔 Slice the potatoes thin using a mandoline or a sharp knife, then soak them in water.
🔥 Parboil in boiling water with a little vinegar for 3 minutes, then drain.
🧻 Dry them well with a paper towel and let them air-dry for 20 minutes.
🛢 Toss with oil & salt for that perfect crunch.
🍟 Air-fry at 160°C for 15-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
🌶 Sprinkle some Tajin and enjoy the magic!
