75 summers. If we’re lucky.

It puts things in perspective. What actually matters is clear:
- Time with my family. 
- Watching my nephew Leo grow.
- Quiet mornings with Howie.
- Moving my body in a way that feels strong and supportive, not to fix it, but to celebrate what it can do.

Travel has given me perspective. 

Building Metaphysical Wellness has given me purpose.

The long hours and hard work are worth it when I see the real results in clients’ lives.

Everything I do is about creating longevity, in health, in joy, and in impact.
