RECIPE: Creamy Mushroom Risotto with Almarai Cream Cheese

Serves: 2 tasting portions | Prep + Cook Time: 15–18 minutes

Ingredients:
	•	3/4 cup Arborio rice (or short grain rice as backup)
	•	1 tbsp Almarai Butter
	•	1 tbsp olive oil
	•	1/2 small onion, finely chopped
	•	1 garlic clove, minced
	•	1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
	•	2 cups vegetable or chicken stock (warmed)
	•	2 tbsp Almarai Cream Cheese
	•	2 tbsp grated Parmesan or Almarai Shredded Cheese (optional)
	•	Salt & black pepper to taste
	•	Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
