People will never know the work that goes on behind the scenes to perform on the biggest stages. The amount of hours spent on video analysis, strategy, session planning, technical development, mental preparation, recovery.

jakeod_essencebjj and I have been working together for around 5 years now. Through that time we have always improved and adjusted what our camps look like, constantly striving for perfection. Jake takes his job very seriously. When it comes to his job as a coach, he has always behaved like a professional and taught me to treat myself like a professional. 

We are taking notes and will come out stronger leaving nothing to judges decisions. I’m sure you guys will enjoy the show 🤩
