You won’t believe This tea cake is giving bakery vibes but made at home 💛☕

Ingredients:
 • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
 • 1 cup sugar
 • ¾ cup oil
 • ⅓ cup milk
 • 1 tsp baking powder
 • ¼ tsp salt
 • 3 eggs
 • 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
 • 2–3 drops yellow food color
Instructions:
 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a 10 by 5 inch loaf pan or round cake pan.
 2. Whisk the dry ingredients:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
 3. Beat the wet ingredients:
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
Add the oil, milk, vanilla, and food color. Mix well.
 4. Combine:
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
Gently fold until smooth and lump-free. Do not overmix.
 5. Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 6. Cool:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve:
