While 2 Step was the winning path, however, for certain categories Amazon continues to use one step buy process. My sense is that it's category level analysis that might tell you if 1 vs 2 Step work better for which category. So ultimately it's personalization and customization at user and category level. #abtesting #amazon #uiuxdesign
