💔 Rest in peace to my buddy, Colton Moore.

Colton went to be with Jesus last night. He was such a special young man — I met him for the first time when he was only 11 years old, right in the middle of the Step Up Be a Voice movement. From the start, he had that fun, energetic spark, that southern twang that just lit up every room he walked into — especially when we’d get into our classic Alabama vs. Georgia football debates, of couse the Atlanta Braves was neutral ground.

Over the past 10 years, we’d often message back and forth on Instagram, usually about sports or life — and every time, it reminded me of the joy and heart this young man carried.

Colton, thank you for being part of one of the best moments of my life — helping me ask Shannon to be my wife in that proposal video all those years ago. That memory means even more now.
