February is NEDA MONTH 
A month where I truly reflect on how far I have come and inspire others to go all in on recovery.
When I was sick I had nothing in me- no personality, no desire to life, and no willingness to get better. It wasn’t until I started traveling, I saw that there was so much more beauty to the world than the bubble of hell I was living in. In the grand scheme of planet earth I realized how insignificant I was and that set me free in a way. I approached things with curiosity over control and romanticized the moments spent exploring cities, laughing with family, and watching sunsets- moments that had nothing to do with how I looked or what I ate. 

I used to cry at every single meal my mom forced me to eat, and now I make sure every plan I make with friends revolves around food 😂 My life has done a complete 360 when I let myself enjoy the foods and desserts I love without any thought to it. I am the biggest foodie there is and I hope I am someone that makes you feel safe eating. 

My biggest accomplishment in life will ALWAYS be the fact that I survived the mental illness with the highest mortality rate. Even when Drs told me I was days away from death… or when my psychiatrist told my parents I could never go to college… or when I went back to treatment multiple times… IM HERE AND THRIVING🥹 

If you’re struggling just know you’re not alone, my DMs are always open. Keep fighting because full recovery is possible and so worth it (even if you don’t think so) 🫶☺️🥰👏
