These are the moments recovery is all about. And it is possible. I have always been such a foodie but my ED took that away from me. Now I am back to my food loving self, I’m someone that needs a dessert after every meal and am always down to celebrate random holiday like these. 3 years ago I would have a tantrum, throw things at my parents and lock myself in my room if anyone told me I would have to eat a bite of the things I did this night.

The growth is incredible and we all need to recognize the small and large moments of our progress. 

Calories don’t even cross my mind anymore. I able to eat whatever I want whenever I want it with no thought of burning it off. I am finally free 🥹
