Sometimes you don’t realise a moment is a turning point until years later. Turning 30.
The world shutting down with Covid.
Finally closing a toxic chapter of my life and stepping into my Saturn return… which ultimately became the start of the real work on myself. Therapy, deep inner healing, spiritual work and a lot of uncomfortable growth.

These photos were taken in 2020, and looking back now I realise how much life has changed since then. In many ways, this moment feels similar… a strange pause, a lot of uncertainty, and the quiet feeling that life is shifting again.

Fast forward six years and I’m sat in Dubai, a place I once dreamed of living, in a healthy relationship and a completely different chapter of life.

Right now life feels surreal… missiles and drones passing over our heads, a lot of uncertainty, and a strange pause where I’m not doing the things I’d normally be doing.

Sat still, anxious at times, my head running wild… but trying to stay grounded through it.

And in moments like this, growth has a funny way of bringing old demons back up. But this time I’ve done the work to face them.

🔮Letting go fully.
💫Growing through it all.
🤲🏼Finding peace in the process.

I also know how incredibly grateful I am to even be here, and I’m very aware that what is happening across the Middle East right now is far beyond anything I could comprehend. My prayers, love and heart are with everyone truly living through it. My heart hurts seeing what’s going on with the world .

💫In times like this it’s so important to find perspective.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned through therapy, healing and doing the work on myself, it’s that we all have the capacity to grow, reflect and face the parts of ourselves that once felt too heavy. It isn’t easy, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but doing the work changes everything.

Still choosing to keep the glass half full… because even in the chaos, I’m living a life I once prayed for. And that perspective means everything. ✨ it’s so uncertain what’s going to happen , please please turn those negative comments into something positive the world needs more love right now 💕
