H I M A L A Y A S  P A K I S T A N 🎞️🏔️

One of the most visually striking regions on Earth. Here’s some of my favourite spots from our high-altitude adventure through northern Pakistan: 

1. Baskochi hike to Attabad Lake, Hunza
- a turquoise lake formed by a landslide

2. Sarfaranga Cold Desert, Skardu 
-home to one of the world’s highest cold deserts, over 2,200m above sea level

3. Shyok River Valley 
- carved by glacial meltwater

4. Nanga Parbat 
– 9th highest mountain in the world at 8,126m

5. Fairy Meadows 
– alpine grassland at the base of Nanga 

6. Fairy Meadows Road 
– narrow, no guard rails with 2,000m cliff drops, its the world’s 2nd most dangerous road
