4 years ago, I left what had been my life  the sea, the training.

17 years ago, I was one of the first to reach 100 meters in freediving
and founded Blue Immersion, one of the world’s leading freediving schools. 🌊

Then life hit hard.
For 3 years, I was in a dark place 
trying to save my daughter, losing my way, gaining weight.

alexeymolchanov called me, kicked my ass,
and reminded me where I belong:
“What are you doing in Paris?
Your place is in training and coaching. Come back.”

This summer, I lost 20 kilos
and found my strength again 
stronger, sharper, more focused.

I’m back.
With more experience.
More understanding.
A clearer vision of what I want to build.

Everything that once felt like struggle has become a lesson;
every pain, a teacher.

Now the vision is sharp,
the target clear,
