I greet The Sun in prayer.
As a living masculine presence & example.

The one who rises without negotiation.
Who holds direction, heat, and consistency.
Who does not chase the Moon,
but steadies the sky so she may enter her ceremony
of fullness, rhythm, and return.

☀️
This practice is for the masculine that stays.
The masculine that holds.
The masculine that does not collapse or disappear
when the feminine begins to cycle, gestate, and bless.

Through this Sun,
may the men of this world remember their spine, their integrity, their quiet power.
So that the feminine realities in their lives;
women, children, earth, creations yet unborn,
can root, grow, and flourish without fear, bringing the glory, beauty and medicine into this world that only they can.

🌿 Reflection practice:
As you move your body today, notice where steadiness lives. Not force, steadiness.
Let that place lead.

Sitting in prayer as I work on the SOLAR MASCULINE COURSE which will be held on this spring equinox… Though intended for my fellow brothers. This course is being designed in a way that benefits all seekers regardless of their embodiment. Grateful to have such an example to model after… ☀️
