This is exactly what teaches you. to get comfortable to uncomfortable things & hang on there!! 🔹It helped me become more aware about my body. Beacuse post partum bodies are real to deal with! 🔹The feeling of floating on the silk hammock relaxes your nervous system & makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. And lastly the Confidence & fun it brings to you. It’s an exciting way to break free from routine, push limits, and feel empowered.
