Denmark Just Took a Huge Step Against AI Deepfakes On June 26, Denmark introduced a first-of-its-kind law:
Your face, voice, and likeness could become your legal property.

That means:
You can demand AI-generated fakes be taken down
Platforms must comply — or face EU penalties
You can even sue for misuse of your identity

You own your body. You own your voice. You own your face.

And yes — satire and parody stay protected.
Artistic freedom remains untouched.

If passed this fall, Denmark becomes the first country in the world to legally defend your digital identity — with plans to expand across the EU.
