If you’re going to HYROX Houston, a little prep makes the whole experience better.

Doors open early (around 6:30am), and races run all day across four days with different divisions each day.

Key spectator tips

Get there early
Give yourself time to walk the course, understand the layout, and pick viewing spots before your athlete starts.

Go to the bathroom before the race
There is no easy in-and-out once you’re locked in watching. Plan ahead.

Know the order of the stations
HYROX flows in a set sequence. If you know it, you’ll always know where your athlete is going next.

Take photos and videos
You’ll regret not capturing it. The energy, the effort, the finish line — it’s worth documenting.
