We’re just one week away from publication day, and seeing my book, The Unexpected Journey for the very first time feels bittersweet and surreal.

I am so proud of what has been created. This book holds stories, lessons, and wisdom - the things I wish I had known at the start of our journey. My hope is that it will be a lifeline for caregivers and a guide for families and friends who want to better understand how to support them.

Most of all I hope these words find their way into the hands of the people who need them most. And perhaps, for others, it will plant the seed of compassion that caregivers deserve. 💙 Preorder is available in my link in bio.
