Started in Ho Chi Minh City—once Saigon, now a city that never slows down. Layers of history sit side by side: French architecture, scars from the Vietnam War, and the legacy of Ho Chi Minh himself. The name changed, but the spirit remains fierce. I visited places that still bear the impact of Agent Orange—generations later, the pain lingers. Yet despite it all, the people hustle with heart, the food is fire, and the streets are alive with stories.
