Kiana, hands folded, not because she understands theology yet… but because she’s learning posture. And posture becomes pattern. Pattern becomes belief. Belief becomes identity.

Discipleship doesn’t begin in a church building. It begins in a living room. On couches. In whispered prayers. In what a child sees before they can fully speak.

We are not raising her to know about Jesus.
We are raising her to know Him.

To understand that her worth is not in applause, not in trends, not in validation.
Her identity is rooted in Christ.
Her strength will be shaped by Scripture.
Her confidence will come from knowing whose she is.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way she should go, and when she is old she will not depart from it.”

That is not just a verse. It is a responsibility.

Kiana will grow up in a world that pulls. Loudly.
But if her foundation is Christ, she will stand when others fold.
She will walk in grace when others chase noise.
She will know peace when others chase attention.

This is not about religion.
This is about relationship.
This is legacy.

A daughter guided through Christ Jesus is a daughter who will never walk alone.
