In 10 days, I watched 98,000 dirhams disappear — not from bad decisions, not from poor management, but from a war I had absolutely no control over.

Feb 20 → Licence renewals. ✅
Feb 25 → Onboarded a brand new unit. ✅
Feb 28 → Renewed an existing unit. ✅
Feb 28 → The bombing started. 💥
March 1 → Every single booking across 3 units — cancelled. AED 86,842.79. Gone.
March 2 → My own battle begins.

This is the part of the entrepreneur journey the highlight reels don't show you. The reinvestment you carefully built, burned overnight. Not a metaphor — literally burned.

I'm sharing this because someone needs to see it. Business is not always up-only. Sometimes the market shifts, and sometimes the world shifts harder.
