Hope is the most important tool that enables us to hold on to life and pushes us in life.

At the end of the year, many of us are pressured into making radical claims and statements to make a change in our lives, with decisions, commitments, intentions, etc. This experience won't work for most of us. As soon as we set a limiting goal, we exceed it. We don't like rules, and more often the ones we impose on ourselves.

As we seek wisdom from great thinkers on the subject, we find that hope is a practice, discipline, dedication that requires action and practical participation.

As we enter 2023, I recommend taking time to reflect on hope and how you can integrate it into your New Year's routine and ritual.
