HYROX Dallas 2025 Spectator Guide

If you are coming to watch the race, here is how the Dallas layout works and where to stand so you can actually see the athletes. The venue is big, the course loops tightly, and the stations are spread across the floor, so having a plan matters.

How HYROX works
Eight runs.
Eight stations.
Run a lap, do a station, repeat that eight times. Fastest time wins.

What is unique about Dallas

The run course wraps around the outside of the venue which means you can see athletes on almost every lap without moving far. If you want to track your athlete through the entire race, stand anywhere along the run lane and you will see them after every station.

The sleds and burpees sit deep on the floor, so visibility is tighter. If you want to watch the sled push or sled pull, get to the edges early before the crowds pack in. The burpee area also fills quickly, so move there before your athlete reaches the third station.

The rowers and SkiErgs are lined up in long rows. Because the machines face inward, you will only get a clear view from the sides. Pick a lane and stay there if you want consistent sight lines.

The carry, lunges, and wall balls are positioned near the center of the course. The best viewing angle is from the outside edges where the run lane opens up. You will be able to see form and pacing without getting blocked by other spectators.

Best spectator strategy
Start on the run lane to see the opener.
Move to the sleds before your athlete gets there.
Slide toward the burpees and rowers for the middle of the race.
Finish at the lunges and wall balls where the energy spikes and the race usually breaks open.

If you know the flow, you can see almost the entire event without sprinting around the venue.

See you in Dallas.
