Patient presented with severe anterior tooth wear and multiple vertical fracture lines across teeth #7–10. Esthetics and long-term integrity were compromised, making full coverage restorations the treatment of choice.

Treatment Plan
	•	Restore teeth #7–10 with single-unit full-contour zirconia crowns.
	•	Maintain conservative reduction with vertical prep principles while addressing fractures and wear.

Procedure

1. Tooth Preparation
	•	Depth-cut markings used to guide precise and uniform reduction.
	•	Teeth prepared with a vertical finish line (vertiprep technique) to preserve maximum tooth structure and create an optimal path of insertion.

2. Gingival Management
	•	Retraction cord carefully packed to expose margins and improve scan accuracy.

3. Digital Workflow
	•	Intraoral scans performed with the DEXIS IO Scanner, ensuring high-resolution digital impressions of the prepared teeth and occlusion.

4. Lab Collaboration
	•	Digital case files were sent to AllDental Laboratories, where full-contour zirconia crowns were designed and fabricated to provide strength, natural esthetics, and long-term durability.
