Today’s case involved restoring mesial interproximal caries on tooth #11 and distofacial recurrent caries under an existing restoration on tooth #10. Both lesions required precision, esthetic sensitivity, and careful isolation due to their anterior location.

Step-by-Step Workflow:
	1.	Shade Selection: Performed before isolation to ensure accurate esthetic matching.
	2.	Isolation: Achieved with a rubber dam to maintain a clean, dry field and protect soft tissue.
	3.	Old Restoration Removal (Tooth #10): The defective distofacial composite was carefully removed, revealing carious dentin underneath.
	4.	Caries Removal (Tooth #11M and #10DF): Gentle excavation with magnification to preserve enamel and ensure complete removal of infected dentin.
	5.	Etching and Adhesive Protocol: Selective enamel etching with phosphoric acid, followed by application of a universal adhesive system.
	6.	Matrix and Contour: Mylar strips and wedges were used to maintain proper contact and contour between adjacent teeth.
	7.	Composite Placement: Layered with a nanohybrid composite in small increments to replicate natural translucency and avoid shrinkage.
	8.	Curing and Finishing: Light curing was followed by polishing and finishing using discs and polishing paste to ensure smooth margins and ideal esthetics.
	9.	Floss and Occlusal Check: Contacts verified and bite adjusted if needed.

Final outcome: functional and seamless restorations, with proper contour, esthetics, and no post-op sensitivity.
