The Drakewood Monster Shelter is situated in the the heart of Old London in the late Victorian era. But with some distance to MONSTER TOWN - A Gothic fantasy, light horror series with creatures, monsters and a lot of love for monsters. This Harry Potter-like, or Disney-like genre fantasy story takes place in the the year 1890 and follows the monster caretaker Mary, from the Drakewood Shelter as she is giving a very dangerous task, to tame and safe, a Giant Bat-Dragon from a raging mob of angry men and women. Mythical monsters, Vampire-like beings and Gods may appear in this story.
