Once upon a time, there was a little girl who dreamt of being part of “Passata Day.” She wasn’t Italian. She had no idea how it was done. And yet, somehow -life led her right to it.

Passata Day is more than just preserving pomodoro.
It’s tradition. It’s unity. It’s family.
It’s preserving what matters beyond the tomatoes hence why it’s never done alone. 

Young and old come together to create something meaningful.  It’s teamwork. It’s connection.
And in a world full of distractions and shortcuts… it’s grounding.
