Five years ago, I made a decision to join eXp Realty alongside Shawn Getty, and it turned into one of the most impactful chapters of my career.

Those years were filled with growth, collaboration, late-night conversations about business, leadership lessons, and relationships that truly matter. eXp gave us the space to think bigger. It challenged us to build, to lead, and to expand our perspective on what was possible in real estate. I’m genuinely grateful for the friendships formed, the knowledge gained, and the experiences that shaped who I am today.

But growth creates clarity.

As our vision sharpened and our goals evolved, it became clear that the next chapter required alignment with where we’re going—not just where we’ve been. That’s why Shawn and I made the move together to LPT Realty.

This wasn’t about leaving something behind. It was about stepping into an opportunity to help build something meaningful in Canada from the ground up. LPT offers cleaner systems, clearer economics, and a model built around productive agents who want to focus on business fundamentals. More importantly, it gives us the chance to be part of the foundation during a critical growth stage in Canada.
