🚨 REALTORS — Let’s Talk STOCK at LPT 🚨

Most agents don’t fully understand how powerful this is… so let me break it down simply.

At LPT Realty, we haven’t IPO’d yet. That means we’re still in the pre-IPO phase. No one knows what the stock will open at — $1? $10? $100? — but the opportunity is in getting positioned early.

Here’s how stock is awarded on the 80/20 Brokerage Partner model ($15K cap):

✅ 1st deal – 100 shares
✅ 3rd deal – 100 shares
✅ 15 deals – 800 shares
✅ 35 deals + Black Badge – 2,000 shares
✅ Bring an agent over – 120 shares

Hit 15 deals? That’s 1,000 shares.
Hit 35 deals + Black Badge? That’s 3,000 shares.

Now here’s the part that matters…

If you join before the end of February 2026, you receive a 🔥 40% stock bump FOR LIFE.

That means:
1,000 shares becomes 1,400 shares.
3,000 shares becomes 4,200 shares.

For easy math, let’s say the IPO happens at $10/share:

💵 15 deals = $14,000 USD in stock
💵 35 deals = $42,000 USD in stock

And that’s separate from your commissions.
