3 webcams (at the same time) on Zoom! I did a lot of testing(with pro cameras) using everything from a $29 hdmi to usb adapter, all the way up to blackmagicdesigns ATEM mini pro iso, and ... the winner for lowest latency drum streaming is definitely the three Avermedia Live Streamer Cam 313's... which I picked up, on sale for $54 dollars each, at costco(available at Sweetwater for $99). Their sound latency performance bested my over 5k worth of pro cameras and switching boxes(at least for low latency, low light performance, and provided more even lighting when switching  between all three cameras on zoom). The Latency performance of my pro cameras, both with hdmi adapters and the BMD ATEM mini, was totally unusable for drum streaming! I hope the pro camera, and pro hdmi converter world, can fix the latency issues when using pro gear in this way. *note- using my iPhone 11pro, with an Apple hdmi adapter, had way better low latency than my pro cameras with hdmi to Usb adapters (panasonic GH-5, GoPro Hero 8, and BMPC4K ). The iphone latency performance was almost as good as using webcams. Until something changes, it's webcams for the win if you are planning to offer multi cam lessons on line... and you want your movements to be acceptably lined up with the sound. Btw...
