Starting the year off hot and with low inventory.

Let it sink in that there are currently 390 homes on the market in Durham and Chapel Hill. Do you know how many people live in these cities? 386,798. And less than 400 homes for sale. 🤯 

There were 169 homes that sold in January and 55 of those under contract in less than 10 days. If a house is priced well and in good condition, it is selling quick!! And it’s only getting quicker. Lots of multiple offer scenarios the past week.
