My Current Mood 🥹🤷🏻‍♀️🫠

This spread is exactly how I feel — in my mind, in my body, from the moment I wake up to the moment I crash at night.

Stress, weight gain, exhaustion… the daily grind doesn’t stop — personal life, professional life, all of it. And yet I still try to smile, still try to convince myself that everything’s fine.

Truth is, nothing’s wrong — in fact, life is full of happy moments, dreams almost achieved, milestones nearly reached. But the price we’ve paid to get here? It’s showing. And now, what we need more than anything is to put health first, to pause and breathe.

But can we? Really?
No — the grind continues. The world doesn’t pause, and neither do our responsibilities.

My heart goes out to everyone walking this same path — working hard, holding it all together, chasing a better life for themselves and their loved ones. I see you. I am you. 🤍
