Feeling so much lighter tonight after a bit of journaling. The past few days  were a whirlwind of stress, but taking a moment to reflect on paper brought me such peace. The crackling fire in the fireplace and the comforting scent of burning wood instantly transported me back to my grandparents’ home, evoking the warmth and nostalgia of my childhood. Sometimes, the simple things—like a cozy fire and a journal—can bring profound calm.
