Sum’ Sweet Ep. 22: Homemade Wildberry Pop-tarts recipe ⬇️

2 sheets of premade puff pastry cut into 8 equal pcs 
Flour for dusting 
13 oz berry preserves 

Icing 
1.5 cups sugar 
3 tbsp half and half 
1/2 tsp blue food coloring (may be different for non-natural dye)
1/4 tsp of red food coloring (to turn the blue into purple after setting some aside) 
 
Feel free to play with the blue and red dye until it matches mine as close as you can get. 

Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins then let fully cool before icing
