The Annual Rotman Design Challenge (RDC) is an international graduate-level business design competition led by the Business Design Club at the Rotman School of Management. Designed to bring together top talent across business and design disciplines, RDC combines industry challenge, mentorship, and design thought leadership into a structured, immersive learning journey. In partnership with manulife participants spent eight weeks developing human-centred solutions to reimagine the future of health and wealth, culminating in a two-day final event at Rotman. 

This year’s the winning team, aptly named ForLife Studio, was composed of students from the Rotman School of Management's Evening MBA and Full-Time MBA programs and students from Faculty of Information. The runner ups were 'Hold My Timbits' team composed of students from Rotman and Parsons School of Design, and 'EsaDesigners' from Esade Business school, alongside teams recognized for excellence in storytelling, prototyping, and human-centred design. 

RDC continues to demonstrate how design can transform complex challenges into innovative and actionable outcomes and bring value to business and society.
