🚨Life will really have you looking up one day like… who is that? I AM HER.

Somewhere between responsibilities, stress, and pouring into everyone else…
I stopped pouring into me.

And I felt it.
Not just physically… mentally, emotionally, energetically.

But here’s the thing about me…

I rise.

Like a phoenix from the ashes —
burned out, broken down, stretched thin…
and still becoming.

So this?
This is me choosing myself again.
This is me going to war for me.

Not for a quick fix.
Not for a number on a scale.
But because I am a wellness professional…
and I have to live what I teach.

I’m setting the tone for what I stand for.

🌼I can’t pour into my clients
if I’m running on empty myself.
🪷I can’t ask my clients to do anything I won’t do myself.

This journey isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about rising — again and again.

Discipline.
Consistency.
Showing up — even after you’ve fallen off.

Because sometimes the real transformation
is deciding… you’re not staying where life left you.
