Big news: We are now officially a tech startup.

Yesterday I had a meeting with a group called Connected.
They’re a specialist recruiter in the tech space helping startups like mine find co-founders, credible devs, strategy minds, marketers, and the kind of talent you need to get off the ground.

They’ve gone through everything:
My business plan (I’ve written loads but to finally here someone say, “it’s a good business plan”, made me jump for joy a bit)
The user interface I designed (getting this right has been my nemesis for the last X amount of time)
The vision for Go.ROQIT 🚀 (trust me when I say that the updates and strategy planned over the next 12 - 24 months for this will be massive in the recruitment space)

And the verdict?
“This is a great idea. It’s time to take it forward.”

That means Go.ROQIT is now officially recognised as a tech startup.

I can’t tell you how proud I am of the sheer graft that’s gone into this. From learning to code myself, to mapping strategies A–M for fixing recruitment in hair, barbering, and beauty, to now being taken seriously in the tech startup world.

This is just the beginning.
I’m super excited to see where this journey takes us.

We’re officially live as a startup.
We’re officially building the future of recruitment.
And yes… we’re officially on the journey.
