Our journey started when I was introduced to Deji by an investment principal in South Africa. We didn’t know it yet, but that introduction was the beginning of something incredible.

Over the next few months, Deji and I had countless Zoom calls and emails, talking about the challenges we saw in the legal space and the solutions we both building.

At the time, we both had our own legal tech companies but also missing pieces. It became clear that together, we could build something much bigger and better—a complete solution.

A few months later, we finally met in person during London Tech Week ldntechweek an incredible event where people from all over the world come together to share ideas, collaborate, and shape the future of tech.

Signing our joint venture at London Tech Week marked the beginning of an incredible journey to transform the legal landscape. _lawyeredup 

What stood out immediately was how much we shared the same vision: we both believed in making legal services more accessible, affordable, and efficient, especially for small businesses. 

That passion for legal tech and solving real-world problems was what brought us together to create Lawyered Up, powered by Vega, a platform designed to simplify legal processes through AI-driven automation for contract creation, storage, tracking, and e-signing, making legal services more accessible, efficient, and affordable for SMEs and startups. 

Our mission extends to contributing to the GDP of the economy and reaching untapped markets, such as township businesses, ensuring even the smallest enterprises can access affordable legal solutions. 

By eliminating paper-based workflows, we’re also driving sustainability while empowering businesses to thrive. We’ve seen firsthand how strong networks and meaningful partnerships can shape success.
