y el camino continuará este 2024💪 llega un momento en el que ENTRENAR empieza a formar parte de tu vida y no hay vuelta atrás. Se convierte parte esencial de tu rutina y más que lograr un cuerpo bonito, para mi se ha tratado de:

• Lograr sentirme saludable y fuerte
• Reducir los síntomas de mi IBS (síndrome del intestino irritable)
• Eliminar el “bloating” tan constante (cuando entreno, no me sucede. Por eso lo necesito everyday)
• Mejorar mi enfoque en los proyectos y mi Mood 
Y si, también lograr buen cuerpo😊
