Life is not going to be picture perfect.

Life is going to be a bunch of chapters, both good and bad, that will YOU will need to experience in order to write YOUR book.

 Your goal should always be to continue to progress no matter what situation your face.
.
You only have two ways to respond to a situation, positive or negative.
.
Did you learn or did you just lose?
.
Did you get better?
.
What did you learn?
.
You might not be able to control the situation but you can certainly control how you respond to it!
.
2020 has been an interesting year for all of us and Like many people I was letting it dictate my life... sadly, in a negative way.
.
I allowed the situation to dictate my emotions and ultimately control my outcome.
.
I was drinking almost every night,  half assing my way through Fitness and sadly i was allowing outside influence of “LIFE”control my thoughts and more importantly my actions.
.
But I made a promise to myself that I was going to end this chapter on a positive note.
.
I was going to be in control.
.
I was going to end this chapter my way, not theirs.
.
I may not be able to fully control all aspects of life but I certainly could focus on what I can control for me and stop hiding behind all the BS excuses.
.
2020, I got you, you didn’t get me.
.
I’m a better version of me physically, mentally and spiritually, than I was heading into 2020.
.
One day at a time.
.
One win at a time.
.
Game doesn’t end till the buzzer goes off.
.
