I’ve learned a lot over the last 39 years but being a Dad has by far been my biggest teacher.

It’s taught me patience.

It’s been my biggest test of true leadership.

Most importantly it’s taught me what life is truly about.

I want to share with you 5 Random rules from the book “Rules for my unborn son” with a few EDITS from yours truly 💁🏽‍♂️...
.
And if I’m being honest this is very relevant for young men that I know as well.
.
1) Never shake a mans hand sitting down... stand up, look him in the eyes with a firm grip he will remember.
.
2) In negotiations, never make the first offer... he who has the power to walk away wins.
.
3) Never be afraid to ask the best looking girl out in the room… Go for the win.
.
4) Give the Credit, take the blame. Strong men are capable of shouldering the struggle.
.
5) Sometimes the best tool in your toolbox is a walk… and sometimes it’s a sledge hammer.
.
I want you to know little man that I will always be your number 1 fan.
.
You will always be my first born son.
.
You will always be my little superman.
.
You are everything I ever dreamed of in a son and so much more.
.
Your smile, your laugh, your humor… have made me SO much more appreciative of life and so much better of a MAN that I will never be able to explain to you.
.
With that being said, I wouldn’t have another wingman on planet earth to go through this journey with… you are my homeboy.

We are going to have a lot of fun my man!
