A confident man that I am damn proud to be sits on the right

What’s interesting about that is it’s not the physical results that are the real difference the 2 pictures.

It’s the mental aspect that’s the biggest change.

Earned confidence is the best gift you can ever give yourself.

Knowing that you made yourself a priority.
.
Knowing that you did the work.
.
Knowing that you faced the truth and handled business.
.
Insecurities grow because deep down you know the truth... the simple truth that you have more to give but you’re choosing to hide behind your own bullshit.

You want to be a better leader?

You want to be a better husband/wife?
.
You want to be a better parent?
.
You want to be a better friend?
.
Go look in the mirror right now and ask yourself if you’re handling your shit?

You know the truth...

I always ask myself questions in the mirror and look myself dead in the eyes... because I know that I can not lie to myself.

Guy on the right does it everyday.

If the first thought that flys through your head is an excuse, you’re accepting a lie.

People always ask me what advice I can give them to be more successful in life and the truth is it’s what you see in this picture.

The work and adherence to the plan, work or self,  is where you will see the biggest change because of the earned confidence.

It is simply you just starting to respect yourself and we all know that RESPECT can ONLY be EARNED... especially from yourself because you know the truth about your own bullshit.
