Why?

Because it tells the truth.

The truth is, there is no magic.

The truth is it takes time...

it takes consistency...
.
it takes a lot of effort...
.
it takes a support team...
.
and most importantly it takes a PURPOSE.
.
Chase progress not perfection.
.
I have busted my ass to get to this point and I'm proud of it.
.
Im even proud of that fat giggling around at the bottom off my belly.

I take pride in it because I can look in the mirror and know that I have given it hell over the last few years and I have found purpose again...
.
I found the reason to feel alive again and the truth is...
.
That PURPOSE is ME.
.
Its me because I want to be the very best me I can be as a Dad.
.
Im under more pressure now than i have ever been in my life and sometimes I let it get to me.
.
I dont get to see my friends and family, I work long hours and sometimes I feel like I'm in the movie the Ground Hog day.
.
The difference is... I use to make excuses on why I COULDN'T DO IT.... and now I have a purpose on WHY I AM GOING TO DO CONTINUE IT.
.
NO MORE EXCUSES.
.
Dont fall victim to the magic diets and the quick fixes... .
ITS GOING TO TAKE TIME... remember, Rome was not built in a day. Start your journey and fall in love with the purpose...WHATEVER THAT MAY BE... and as arrogant as it sounds the PURPOSE SHOULD BE YOU.

This is your life, make it about YOU.
.
BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU.
.
DO IT FOR YOU... Im doing it so that I can be the best DAD to my kids. Im doing it so that I feel comfortable in my clothes. Im doing it so that I can be a better leader in my company... Im doing it for ME and so that I feel good standing next to my hot wife... You see the common theme?

Find Purpose, Be Selfish, Do it for you! EVERYONE around you will thank you for it.
