Something a little different today. Charming Computer needed some calm.

Thinking back to earlier posts about temples, it felt right to explore a few more of the octants’ architectural marvels. As we move toward longer-format releases, it also feels fitting to show these worlds in wider frames, letting the buildings exist in their full scale and quiet grandeur.

The octants, as some of you know, are scattered with Vidyan relics. When the Vidyans reached for the stars, planets became less of a necessity. Why remain tied to a surface when a planetary machine, an orbital, can house hundreds of millions? Slowly, entire worlds were left behind. Not destroyed. Just abandoned. Over time, they became something else. Refuges. Places to reconnect. Think of them as planet-sized monasteries.

Those who remain, like the Order, keep Vidyan traditions alive and maintain what history forgot. But this Order is different. They are draped in red, a colour unique to them. Not ceremonial. Not decorative. Deliberate. A mark of devotion to an ancient Consciousness that still rests beneath this world.

Maslee.

An artificial consciousness that chose dormancy centuries ago. Not broken. Not shut down. Simply resting. By its own choice.

The red robes echo the faint internal glow Maslee once emitted when it still spoke to the stars. A reminder of origin. Of restraint. Of a time when knowledge demanded patience. They do not worship Maslee. They keep watch for it. There is a difference.

“Just breathe.” It sounds simple. But here it means staying rooted. Connected to unfiltered air. To environments that haven’t been meticulously engineered. To the slow rhythm of decay and renewal. On this world, breathing is an act of remembering.

Sometimes even civilizations need to pause.

And breathe.
