How I came to Thailand vs how I'm leaving.

A year ago at this time I was learning how to walk again after having an open ACL and meniscus surgery. Doctors told me without the surgery, I'd never be able to perform again. 
.
.
I gained a lot of weight, I lost my grandma. I lost my aunt and my cousin. I was so depressed and suicidal. I had gained so much weight. I needed to change my life in an extreme way. 
.
.
I channeled everything into my book - and I accomplished what I came here to do. Now its going to be released this Tuesday!!!
.
.
I am not only so much physically healthier but mentally and spiritually stronger too. Since being out here, I've performed almost every week. I even train muay thai 2-3x week at dangmuaythai and it has helped so much.

I am ready for 2024.
