Doctors told me I would never perform again if I didn't have knee surgery - can you see why now in this #TBT? lol acoustic standing-still sets are just not my style - I spent too many years training to be able to perform at this level

I'm watching this back now like damn girl you was really up there under them hot stage lights in a fur coat (shoutouts to Grandma Jo for that) and six inch platform heels, dancing while singing and rapping LIVE (not lip syncing)

.
The process of getting back on stage is beginning; it's still been a blessing to just sit down and build for a minute. When I couldn't walk for 8 months, I taught myself to build apps and took goalgetters.ai from a consulting business to a software and now we're expanding with Content Services paired with the technology

Oh BTW this #TBT was at theruckusandrumpusrevival - so if you're wondering why there are half naked men behind me, that's why 😂 - besides, isn't it refreshing to see a fully clothed woman with scantily clad men around HER for a change?? 🤣 I'm super excited because they got a new location and a NEW consistent date - The Continental Club (continentalcluboakland) in Oakland, CA every SECOND THURSDAY. Who's pulling up August 10?

I made a new playlist (that includes this song - "Papi Don't Like" by Kaila Love) with other performers from the Ruckus Rumpus Revival showcase starting with these artists - duketheebossman spacewalker92 fraktheperson janethemessage lilmc.music jamiedewolf sumofman rajareborn94 easy2bnasty daylite__ mannaraps watzrealthehapa joydamianimusic rachellarkmusic
