I went to Coco Rocha Modeling Camp  a year and a half ago looking for guidance and direction in restarting my modeling career that I had to put on pause to, quite literally,survive.

The pandemic really put my mortality in perspective and made me question if I was actually happy with my life. If I died tomorrow, would I be happy with how I had lived or would I have hoped I had done more.I couldn’t help but feel as if there was something missing and that I wasn’t living my life to the fullest.  I wasn’t taking risks and I was looking at ROI and gravitating towards guarantees and clear paths.
I was allowing my modest upbringing and fears take over my thoughts and dreams.
After attending cocorochamodelcamp  and meeting my literal idol cocorocha (early in my career she was framed as the ideal muse with a masterpiece of 1000 individual poses and characters), I realized that the real risk is living your whole life and not taking enough of the ones you wanted; allowing your inner world and surrounding environment to control your decisions and choices.
She taught me how to look at working in the industry in a position of self love in a way that I had never experienced before.
Since camp, I have traveled the world, walked the runway with some of my favorite brands, met so many intelligent/driven models, worked with world-renowned photographers, published in major magazines(I can’t share them yet) and I am so grateful for her one-on-one guidance.
