Most of you know this story… but just in case…

A few days before my 33rd birthday,(a lil bit ago 😹) I was hitting a wall. Life was doing what it does sometimes. Struggle Bus Central.” Honestly, I was just trying to keep it together and not give in to the dark thoughts.

Then, during a run, a hummingbird forced me to a complete stop. ✋🏽 It hovered inches from my face for what felt like forever. It was the first one I’d ever seen—I didn’t even know they really existed like that.

In that moment, the blindfold came off. I saw life in a whole new light. 🕊️

Every day after, they kept showing up like, “I’m here MF 😹 and I see you.” It was so profound it became my logo. Now, they visit me all the time—even my fans see them pull up while they are w/me and finally “get” the vibe.

Hummingbirds bring balance, but mostly, they prove that the impossible is possible. That’s my motto. That’s how I live. This is Version 7.0 of a 20-year career. 📈
