Ingredients - 1 small lauki, 1 1/2 thick curd , 1/2 tbshing, 1/2 tbs jeera, salt, black salt pinch , green chilli, coriander leaves , yellow mustard

Boil lauki till it softens, let it cool, mix lauki with thick curd , add salt, hing, roasted jeera , black salt , keep it under sun for 60 mins, garnish with coriander .
