For me on this trip, it was the ocean breeze, sunsets, laughing and driving around, spending quality time with hubby, and just feeling free in the moment. Sometimes therapy is simply living the little joys 🌊

PS: I did get a little upset we missed a gorgeous Malibu sunset stuck in traffic 😅 I’m such a sunset lover, and California really has the most magical ones. 🌅
