💥DOUBE TAP FOR GAINS💥

How are your New Years resolutions going? To let you know some facts, most have failed by now and they will never look to try again, they just accept failure. It's okay to fail but it's not okay to quit. If you have gone off track pick yourself up and try again, this time with a renewed energy and focus to achieve your goals. It all begins with your mindset as it's the fundamental driver for all action and direction in your life. Believe in yourself that you can achieve your goals and the world will get out of your way because nothing can beat your determination. 💯

This year I'm looking to put on some bulk as I'm looking to compete in the near future. My bulk consists of 5-8 meals per day with my musclecoach supplements to turbo charge everything. I like to keep my sugars up after a workout so I often put some sugars in my post workout to replenish lost glycogen stores. This also greatly enhances recovery. My size depletes very quickly, so for me the bulk is in fact the hardest part as I prefer to stay moderately lean throughout the process. Ensuring I'm in a calorie surplus without going overboard will do the trick. MyFitnessPal is a good tool to help you track macros if you're a beginner.
